Primary Activities

The level of energy and enthusiasm for trying new things is at its peak among children. With Deepawali round the corner, little kids participated with much excitement in various craft activities that were conducted in the school, like decorating paper candles, paper diyas, pooja thali, making bandhanwar and wall hangings. The result was beautiful and beyond words.

In the month of November, the students were engaged in learning how to utilise waste material through newspaper and paper mache craft activities conducted in our school. To lighten the mood, students of Stds. I and II had a fancy dress competition. Apart from traditional roles like Angel, Krishna and a Devil, the students exhibited their creative side by dressing as a Newspaper, Dustbin for Swatchh Bharat Abhiyan and much more. They looked like little angels in vibrant colours.

For the Christmas celebration, the students participated in a Christmas decoration activity. English storytelling and Hindi storytelling activities were conducted and students enacted the story with much enthusiasm. Various activities like making puppets, flowers, paper masks and glass painting were conducted in the month of January to enhance the children’s creative abilities. The children learnt a lot apart from their academic curriculum.

Diya Decoration Activity on 12th Oct 2017

The Tiny-tots participated in a Diya Decoration activity on the 12th Oct 2017. They thoroughly enjoyed painting and decorating their Diwali lamps with glitters, stars, beads and sparkles.
